Колегія суддів Вищого антикорупційного суду задовольнила клопотання прокурора САП та продовжила на 2 місяці строк дії процесуальних обов’язків, покладених на колишнього заступника керівника Офісу Президента України та ще одного обвинуваченого.
Вони мають:
– прибувати до суду за першою вимогою;
– повідомляти суд про зміну свого місця проживання та роботи;
– утримуватись від спілкування з особами, визначеними в ухвалі суду;
– здати на зберігання до відповідних органів свої паспорти для виїзду за кордон (обов’язок для ексзаступника керівника ОП).
Наступне судове засідання призначене на 21 травня 2026 року о 14:00 (проспект Берестейський, 41).
Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою у вчиненні злочину і не може бути піддана кримінальному покаранню, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду.

The term of procedural obligations imposed on the former Deputy Head of the Office of the President and another defendant has been extended
A panel of judges of the HACC granted the motion of the SAPO prosecutor and extended for two months the term of procedural obligations imposed on the former Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine and another defendant.
The accused are required to:
• appear before the court upon first request;
• notify the court of any change in their place of residence and employment;
• refrain from communicating with persons specified in the court ruling;
• surrender their passports for traveling abroad to the relevant authorities for safekeeping (this obligation applies to the former Deputy Head of the Office of the President).
The next court hearing is scheduled for May 21, 2026, at 14:00 (41 Beresteiskyi Avenue).
Pursuant to Part 1 of Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and may not be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in accordance with the procedure established by law and confirmed by a court conviction.
