У понеділок, 27 квітня, слідчий суддя Вищого антикорупційного суду задовольнила клопотання про здійснення спеціального досудового розслідування щодо колишнього народного депутата.
Останній підозрюється у легалізації одержаних злочинним шляхом земельних ділянок на території ринку «Столичний».
Ухвала набирає законної сили з моменту її оголошення та окремому оскарженню не підлягає.

Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою у вчиненні злочину і не може бути піддана кримінальному покаранню, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду.

HACC grants motion to conduct special pre-trial investigation into a former Member of Parliament
On Monday, April 27, the investigating judge of the HACC granted a motion to conduct a special pre-trial investigation into a former Member of Parliament.
The latter is suspected of laundering land plots obtained through criminal means on the territory of the “Stolychnyi” market.
The ruling enters into legal force from the moment of its pronouncement and is not subject to separate appeal.
The full text of the ruling will be announced on May 4, 2026, at 14:30.
In accordance with Part 1 of Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in accordance with the law and established by a court’s guilty verdict.
